The goal is to have a robust TouchPoints program to interact with our contacts throughout the customer journey. We wanted to have an email and texting program to reach out to people at these key stages in their journey:
Pre Sales – There are several steps that leads can fall out of the sales funnel. We want to send emails to address their concerns and educate them about the remodeling process so they make good and informed choices.
Sales – Once they become a customer we want to keep them informed about everything that will be happening along the way.
Post Sales – After a sale is made we want to stay in touch with periodic emails and newsletters with helpful maintenance tips, ideas, and seminars and events we will be hosting.
